Your account
How do I open an account?
Sign up with your mobile number and a password of at least 4 characters. We send a code by SMS to confirm the number is yours, and the account is open once you enter it. You must be at least 18 to hold one.
My verification code has not arrived.
A code is valid for 10 minutes. If it has not arrived after a minute, use "send a new code" on the same screen — the older code stops working when the new one is sent. Check that the number you entered is the one holding the SIM.
I have forgotten my password.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We send a code to your registered number, and that code lets you set a new password. If you are already signed in, "Change password" on your profile does the same thing without a code.
Where is my account ID?
On your profile, under your phone number. Tap it to copy. It is the first thing support asks for, so send it with any query about a payment.
Deposits
How do I deposit?
Enter an amount on the deposit screen and confirm. An M-Pesa prompt is sent to your registered number — enter your PIN there and the money lands in your wallet. The minimum is 10 and the maximum is 150,000 per deposit.
Can I pay from another number?
No. Deposits are taken from the mobile money account on your registered number, and withdrawals go back to the same one. That is what keeps a payout going to the person who made the deposit.
The prompt never came, or I cancelled it.
Nothing was charged, so start the deposit again. If money left your M-Pesa account and the balance here did not move, wait a few minutes for the confirmation to land, then send support your account ID and the M-Pesa message.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw?
Enter an amount on the withdraw screen and confirm it with the code we text you. The minimum is 100, and funds are sent to the M-Pesa account on your registered number — there is no destination to choose. You can request one withdrawal every 3 minutes.
When is the money actually taken or paid?
A withdrawal leaves your balance the moment you request it, before we push it to M-Pesa, and comes back only if the payout fails. A deposit works the other way round: your balance moves only once M-Pesa confirms the payment, not when the prompt is sent.
Promos and referrals
How do free bets and cashback work?
A free bet is staked in the game and never touches your wallet balance — you keep what it wins. One is awarded on your first qualifying deposit of the day, on a successful referral, and whenever you redeem a promo code. Cashback is separate: it builds up on your net losses over each period and is paid into your wallet automatically. Both are on the promos screen.
What do I get for referring someone?
Share your referral link from the profile or the account menu. You get 20 as a free bet once someone you referred signs up and makes their first qualifying deposit, and 5% of what they deposit after that. Anyone joining with a referral code has to confirm their number by SMS before the account opens.
